Interactive Online Buying
BidDay has several ways to aid you in your wealth creation journey.
1) Live Interactive Human Auctions
2) Live Interactive Avatar Auctions (Talking Heads)
3) Posting Auctions
4) Buy It Now Sales
5) Proxy Bid Auctions
Let's explore each of these now:
1. Live Interactive Human Auctions
There you are sitting at home in your PJ’s in front of your computer and you see and hear the Live Auctioneer in another city interacting with hundreds of people at a hotel ballroom, you see people excitedly raising their hands and the auctioneer accepting their bids.
Your experience then suddenly becomes electrified after you click the mouse and the auctioneer looks directly at you and says “We have a bid from Bob in
Phoenix
now”. This really grabbed your attention and you’re having a blast bidding in real time at an auction hundreds of miles away.
2. Live Interactive Avatar Auctions
Instead of a live person, you see a computer generated auctioneer who looks real, has an accent, and talks as fast as a real human. He/she even has a personality with interjections of slang from New York or a strong southern accent as you would hear in
Texas
.
Will this Interactive Avatar say my name if I bid? (Of course!) Will he/she playfully prod me on against the woman named “Clever Carol from
Miami
” who kept bidding against me last time? (Yes, you almost beat her!)
In addition, by clicking the language button, you can have him/her speak Spanish or Chinese.
3. Posting Auctions (eBay Style)
This is where you simply post your bid, and if you’re the highest bidder by a certain date/time you win!
No human auctioneer, no Interactive Avatar toying with you in that NY accent. “Bob, what’s sa’matter with you, your not gonna let Paul from Denver take it? Are yaa ?”.
No, this is a little less interactive and you can see the property, inspection reports, video tours, and bids incrementing as people bid with their names appearing in the left box. This is pretty calm, a lot like eBay.
4. Buy It Now Sales
Ok, you simply see lists of properties. Wait… you realize these are really discounted properties. What’s the catch? What’s wrong with them? They have inspection reports and seem like the properties in the Live Interactive Human Auctions.
As you read you realize that the bank just loaded 5000 properties and wants them sold ASAP. You think "Ok, I get it, they are highly motivated. I get to help the bank by quickly buying one or two from them. What a bargain!"
5. Proxy Bid Auctions
Scenario #1
You’re previewing one of the Interactive Auctions see a property you really want but realize that you’re going to be on a plane when the auction is planned to take place, and will not be able to bid live.
So you think, I’ll just put in a Proxy Bid of the highest amount I’m willing to pay, knowing that it’s starting at $75,000 and increases by a few thousand each time. That will allow me to keep bidding against other live bidders while I take a nap on the plane. Maybe I’ll be lucky and get it for much less than market value!
Scenario #2
Your phone rings and you hear the computer like voice say:
"BidDay found a property that supports your Wealth Creation Plan, it’s a 3 bedroom – 2 Bath – Located in Reno Nevada – Inspection results are: Damaged Hallway carpet, kitchen renovation required, upgraded master bathroom with granite, Current bid is $75,000. Push 1 to enter a Maximum Proxy Bid, Push 2 for an full email on this property, Push 3 to remove this from my search results, Push 4 to end this call.”
You entered $150,000 and waited for an automated text message to let you know if you won or not. You couldn't help thinking that maybe no one would bid against you and you'll get it for a really low price!
